Aprendi desde cedo que todo livro deve ser lido até seu final.
O mesmo conceito passei para para ouvir vinyl, CDs, cassettes e outras mídias musicais.
Com o surgimento do streaming, isto se tornou terrivelmente enervante para mim.
Não consegui mais ouvir nenhuma obra musical por inteiro. Tudo estava partido, segmentado, dividido em faixas.
Como ouvir uma sinfonia ou a próxima faixa simplesmente a partir da 1ª faixa?
O streaming não permite isso. No streaming voce só consegue ouvir faixa a faixa. Claro que vc pode fazer sua lista de reprodução e incluir todas as faixas somente da obra que quer ouvir. O problema é que as plataformas de streaming 'embaralham' as faixas e tiram da sequência original.
Por isso resolvi criar minha própria dinâmica de audição onde posso ouvir, a partir do primeiro play, toda a obra sem interrupções (principalmente propagandas e aguardar tempo para carregar a mídia).
De qualquer forma, foi um trabalho quase insano, mas o resultado está aí.

Capas, versos e encartes foram retirados do Discogs.com
Quando não encontrados no Discogs, estão aqueles encontrados na internet.
Algumas vezes pode ser encontrado um arquivo chamado 'tracklist' ou 'info' dentro das pastas.
Estes arquivos foram incluídos para exibirem a tracklist que não está listada ou que está diferente ou que contém mais informações daquela exibida nos versos ou contra-capa full.
A tracklist também pode ser encontrada, algumas vezes no arquivo 'info'.
O arquivo 'info', algumas vezes, pode incluir informações pertinentes à gravação.
Pastas que possuem somente a 'capa', significa que 'verso' ou 'encarte' não foram encontrados na internet.
Todos as obras foram convertidas para formato .mp3 com 96kbps
VA vs Index
Gravações onde vários músicos são os autores (i.e. Johnny Winter & Muddy Waters ou John Mclaughlin & Carlos Santana etc) foram incluídos na pasta VA (Varios Autores) visto que a obra são dos 2 autores.
Exceções foram feitas quando existem grandes volumes de gravações para um mesmo rótulo (i.e. The Blues Collection ou The Dan Lampinski Tapes etc) onde estas gravações foram incluídas em pastas do Index em sua respectiva ordem alfabética.

I learned early on that every book should be read to the end.
I used the same concept to listen to vinyl, CDs, cassettes and other musical media.
With the rise of streaming, this has become terribly unnerving for me.
I could no longer listen to any musical work in its entirety. Everything was broken, segmented, divided into bands.
How to hear a symphony or the next track simply from the 1st track?
Streaming does not allow this. In streaming you can only hear track by track. Of course, you can make your own playlist and include all tracks from just the work you want to hear. The problem is that streaming platforms 'shuffle' the tracks and take them out of the original sequence.
That's why I decided to create my own listening dynamics where I can hear, from the first play, the entire work without interruptions (mainly advertisements and waiting for time to load the media).
Anyway, it was almost insane work, but the result is there.

Covers, verses and inserts were taken from Discogs.com
When not found on Discogs, are those found on the internet.
Sometimes a file called 'tracklist' or 'info' can be found inside folders.
These files were included to display the tracklist which is not listed or which is different or contains more information than what is shown on the back or full back cover.
The tracklist can also be found, sometimes in the 'info' file.
The 'info' file can sometimes include information pertinent to the recording.
Folders that have only the 'cover', means that 'back' or 'insert' were not found on the internet.
All works were converted to .mp3 format with 96kbps
VA vs Index
Recordings where several musicians are the authors (i.e. Johnny Winter & Muddy Waters or John Mclaughlin & Carlos Santana etc.) were included in the VA (Various Authors) folder since the work belongs to 2 authors.
Exceptions were made when there are large volumes of recordings for the same label (i.e.
The Blues Collection or The Dan Lampinski Tapes etc) where these recordings were included in Index in their respective alphabetical order.
